Grad Kitezh

Kitezh is a mythical ancient Russian city that went under water along with its inhabitants to escape the devastation of the Mongol-Tatars.

However, man changes the landscape, subjugates the flow of rivers, builds dams and hydroelectric power stations, creating reservoirs at the bottom of which entire cities end up. This is how man-made underwater cities are formed. But as soon as you stop interfering, nature will begin to absorb traces of human existence. Traces are erased and the space landscaped by man becomes the same mythical and fabulous legend.
